Our in-house construction team members are efficient, experienced, and highly skilled, and we have a vast network of thoroughly vetted subcontractors who all have their legal requirements already met (license, workers' comp, and liability insurance, etc). We also have a team of draftsmen, architects, and engineers who complete everything with a quick turnaround compared to most, and project managers who work closely with me as a GC, ensuring every job runs smoothly. Having done construction work in over 10 states and being licensed in both California and Florida, we have a unique understanding of how to think on our feet and resolve any challenges that arise. We also pride ourselves on our ingenuity while also meeting the high standards of the approved plans. Additionally, we hold a mould remediation license and our team has completed over 400 remediation projects.

Matt himself has over 30 years of experience in the Construction industry as do some of his trusted team members. He is a Military Veteran who takes that same discipline, integrity, and pride instilled in him from the Army to each and every client and project. He has successfully serviced hundreds of celebrities and high-end clients as well as schools, hotels, Fox Studios, and even the city of Los Angeles itself.
