A structured Design Build process developed to coordinate planning, permitting, and construction while protecting your investment and maintaining professional oversight.
Our Process

Built for Precision Driven by Disciplined Execution
Construction Corps manages projects through a structured Design Build process developed to coordinate design development, permitting, and construction under licensed general contractor supervision. Each phase of the project is organized to maintain clear communication, regulatory compliance, and proper construction sequencing. This approach allows homeowners and clients to move forward with confidence knowing the project is planned, permitted, and executed by experienced professionals.

Step 1: On-Site Consultation
The process begins with an on-site consultation to review the property, understand project goals, and evaluate existing conditions. This initial visit allows our team to identify potential structural considerations, site constraints, and permitting requirements before design development begins.
During the consultation we will:
- Review project goals, layout considerations, and timeline expectations
- Take measurements and document existing conditions
- Identify structural, code, or site-related factors that may influence design and construction
Step 2: Design Development and Planning
Successful construction begins with careful planning. Our in-house drafting and design team prepares permit-ready construction drawings that coordinate layout changes, structural requirements, and systems such as electrical, plumbing, and ventilation so the project can move efficiently into permitting and construction. This phase may include:
- Floor plans, elevations, and detailed construction drawings.
- Structural coordination when layout changes are involved.
- Material and finish selections coordinated with the overall design and construction plans.
- Optional 3D renderings to visualize the finished space.

Step 3: Permitting and Approvals
Once design development is complete, construction plans move into the permitting phase. Our team coordinates the submission of permit-ready drawings to the appropriate municipality and manages communication with city officials and private providers as required. Permitting is coordinated in accordance with local building requirements to ensure construction proceeds legally and without unnecessary delays. This phase may include:
- Plan submission and review through the appropriate municipality.
- Private provider review when applicable.
- Ongoing communication regarding permit status and approvals.
Step 4: Construction Execution
Once permits are approved, construction begins under licensed general contractor supervision. Work is performed by Construction Corps field crews and properly licensed trade partners, with a dedicated project manager coordinating scheduling, trade activity, and client communication throughout the project. Field leadership conducts periodic site visits to review progress and verify work aligns with approved plans and inspections. This phase may include:
- Coordination of structural, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical work.
- Required inspections for code compliance.
- Regular project updates and progress communication.

Step 5: Quality Assurance and Internal Review
Before final inspections and project completion, the construction team performs an internal review to confirm work has been completed in accordance with the approved plans and construction standards. This process allows any final adjustments to be addressed before the project moves into final inspection and client walkthrough. This phase may include:
- Review of completed work against approved plans
- Verification that major systems and finishes have been installed correctly
- Coordination of final inspection scheduling where required
Step 6: Final Walkthrough and Project Completion
Once inspections are completed, a final walkthrough is conducted with the client to review the finished work and confirm the project has been completed as planned. This step allows the completed construction to be reviewed together and provides an opportunity to discuss maintenance information and project documentation. This phase may include:
- Final walkthrough of the completed construction
- Confirmation that required inspections have been completed
- Delivery of applicable warranties and project documentation
