Construction Corps is supported by experienced W-2 in-house crews and a full team of construction professionals who take pride in their craft and ownership of their work. Rather than relying solely on temporary labor, our core field teams are built internally, allowing us to maintain consistency, oversight, and construction standards across every project performed under the company’s licensed leadership.
From the first consultation through final walkthrough, projects move through a structured handoff between departments. Estimators meet clients on-site to review the work being considered, evaluate existing conditions, and determine whether design development or construction plans are required before moving forward. Once approved, a formal handover meeting brings together the client, estimator, and production team to review project details, expectations, and next steps.
Our design team and permit coordinators manage planning, documentation, and approvals in the early stages of each project. Pre-production coordinators, project managers, selections coordinators, and materials coordinators guide scheduling, material sourcing, and logistics as projects move into construction. Before work begins, a trade walk is conducted with field leadership and involved trade partners to confirm project details and coordination.
We take this work personally. Every project carries the Construction Corps name, and our crews and staff understand the responsibility that comes with it.
