Additionally, it is common for the GC to not be the owner of the company but with Construction Corps the GC is the owner and is involved in every project. We start within 4 weeks of the permits being issued and keep in touch with you throughout the process until your project is complete. I had the good fortune to have them come look at my house right after Hurricane Milton, and Matt took the time and care to walk me through my house and show me what needed to be done and put everything in simple terms. He answered all of my questions and took my calls and answered more questions, found time in the company’s busy schedule to get the tear-out done in my home and stop the spread of any potential mold. We bought a home with an AC drip line that was not insulated per code and it resulted in water damage and resulting mold. The construction corps team had their mold inspector on site immediately and the problem was isolated. The construction crew were polite and left the area clean after each work day while they remediated and then built everything back. We have since had them do some other remodel projects on our home and the result was once again high quality and excellent service. I have worked in the construction business for many years and once I saw the type of company this is and how much the owner and contractor cares for clients I am now also part of the team myself.
